Job Description:
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative with 2+ years of experience in CSR roles in English and Spanish. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will also identify sales opportunities and help achieve sales targets by offering relevant solutions to our customers' needs. br>
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service and sales processes.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company offerings, and industry trends.
Handle returns, complaints, and other customer issues in accordance with company policies.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service or similar CSR roles, in English and Spanish.
Experience in customer service or similar positions.
Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently.
Effective task management in a remote environment.

System Requirements (for remote work):
Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 or higher.
Minimum 8GB RAM for multitasking.
Workstation free from noise and distractions.
Backup internet connection.
USB headset with noise cancellation.
Backup power solution (Generator/UPS or alternative location).

Academic Background:
Degree associated with the position.
Mandatory English level C1-C2.

_*_ **_This role is a Fixed-Term part-time temporary role expected to start in September 2025, with the opportunity for extension.*_**
At Delta, our brand is critical to our continued success. As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key part in keeping our brand strong by demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a positive attitude inside and outside of work.
+ Customer Service Agent serving as a Ticket Agent are the first to greet our customers and guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process. The duties include:
+ Greet customers and guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process.
+ Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage and cargo are routed correctly to the passenger's destination.
+ Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets.
+ Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel.
+ Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts. Several other lifting tasks will involve handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.
+ Must be willing to cross-train and perform duties as a Ground Security Coordinator (GSC), Aircraft Load Agent (ALA), and Operations Agent, including responsibilities related to weight and balance.
+ Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
+ Safeguard cargo, baggage and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements with regard to the boarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing and initiating the boarding process.
+ Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
+ Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
+ All customer service agents are required to work consistently in public areas and be able to understand and respond to a variety of questions about travel information. Additionally, you may be responsible for escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. This position requires standing for long periods of time.
+ Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
+ Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
+ Be at least 18 years of age
+ Must possess legal documentation to live and work in the country you are applying to
+ Must be fluent in English, both written and orally
+ Must be fluent in Spanish, both written and orally
+ Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
+ Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
+ Possess entry-level computer skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
+ Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
+ Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data.
+ Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
+ Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
+ Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
+ Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 80 pounds.
