Participar en la definición e implementar la estrategia de marketing para todas las marcas, de acuerdo a la política corporativa, de manera de asegurar el crecimiento rentable y sustentable del negocio.

+ Planificación de las actividades de marketing: Brand Plan, Consumer Plan y Trade Plan. Liderar marcas de perros premium de múltiples canales (seco, húmedo y snacks). Responsable de la estrategia de marca, comunicación con el consumidor y precios.
+ Planificación y coordinación de las actividades de trade marketing en conjunto. Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marca integradas, asegurando la coordinación con equipos multifuncionales para una implementación impecable.
+ Coordinación y asignación de recursos de los Business Plans / Planificación con los jefes de Venta
+ Responsable de las actividades de innovación de productos, lanzamientos. Supervisar el pipeline de Innovación y Renovación (I&R) e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en la categoría a través del desarrollo de nuevas marcas, aprovechando los framework de marca y análisis financiero de Nestlé.
+ Gestión de Indicadores Macro / Negocio (Externos) /Competencia / Variables de Impacto en el negocio
+ Comprende el comportamiento de compra y las motivaciones de su consumidor. Asegurar el foco en el consumidor en todas las estrategias y ejecuciones, aplicar niveles de innovación, contribuir y ejecutar el pipeline de innovación.
+ Desarrolla la estrategia de su portafolio, precio y plan promocional y asegura la Rentabilidad de la categoría (Manejo de portafolio, precios). Comprender el entorno de la categoría, definir la estrategia de precios y promociones, proponer SKU para canales clave y clientes clave.
+ Garantiza al consumidor como foco, para los diferentes niveles de innovación, contribuye y ejecuta el plan de innovación, mantiene dinamismo a través de la renovación pertinente para sus marcas.
+ Trabaja en conjunto con nuestros socios en comunicación internos (finanzas, CDT, ventas, etc.) y externos (agencias de publicidad, medios, PR, influencers, etc.) y la interacción con el marketing Regional de Purina
+ Gestionar el presupuesto anual de la marca, incluyendo el seguimiento de KPI, análisis de ROI y rendimiento de campañas (márgenes de contribución).

Esta posición está ubicada en Lima - **San Isidro** en la división de nutrición. Como **Coordinador de Trade** serás encargado de Coordinar todas las acciones que se realizan en el Mercado para generar el Sell Out esperado en ventas de cada canal. Son responsables de diseñar, coordinar la ejecución y evaluar en términos financieros y comerciales cada una de estas actividades, desde el rol que cumple cada canal en la visión estratégica de mercado.

+ Diseñar el plan promocional acorde a los objetivos de negocio a nivel de IMS, TMS y MS y las necesidades de mercado.
+ Controlar el nivel de inversión eficiente para lograr los objetivos de crecimiento y ajustados al presupuesto asignado en GtN y A&P.
+ Hacer seguimiento a los planes promocionales de crecimiento para validar su efectividad o en su defecto hacer correcciones al plan que aseguren el cumplimiento del objetivo
+ Hacer análisis de ROI a campañas promocionales core y que los learnings nos ayuden a ser más asertivos en nuestro diseño e implementación del plan.
+ Detectar oportunidades de crecimiento de mercado y tomarlas de manera rápida y eficiente.
+ Tener en orden toda la parte documentaria de la gestión del negocio: OC, Ingreso on time de facturas
+ Manejo de proveedores de acuerdo con sus KPIs acordados en contrato
+ Gestión de las provisiones y exhaustivo control de estas, así como entender el impacto en nuestro P&L en cada cierre de mes.
+ Soporte al KAM en la gestión del canal desde los criterios estratégicos y tácticos del plan promocional y de crecimiento de mercado
+ Coordinación con los PM's para llevar a cabo los proyectos de generación de pull en cada marca, según Grid, trackeado el desempeño a nivel de volumen, GTN, A&P, ROI (según estrategia de marca, volumen o iniciación).
+ Gestión adecuada del material Promocional que se coloca en Punto de Venta, bajo los lineamientos de la empresa (Asegurar que el material promocional este aprobado en VODORI y aprobar la prueba color elaborada por el proveedor, archivando los registros correspondientes).

**What will I be doing?**
As Director of Sales and Marketing, you are responsible for working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels. Estamos buscando a una Supervisora de Marketing Digital para liderar y potenciar la presencia en línea y la reputación de nuestra empresa. br>
Funciones principales:
• Monitorear y analizar la cobertura mediática y percepción pública de la marca.
iseñar estrategias de comunicación y coordinar eventos y conferencias de prensa. < r>• Ges ionar relaciones con medios y periodistas, elaborando comunicados y materiales de prensa. < r>• S pervisar y dinamizar redes sociales, midiendo impacto y conversión en ventas. • De arrollar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas digitales (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). • Im lementar estrategias de SEO, marketing de contenidos y automatización. • Re lizar análisis de mercado, competencia y tendencias digitales. • Co aborar con ventas y producto para alinear las estrategias de marketing con los objetivos de negocio. < r>• G stionar crisis de reputación y responder a reseñas o comentarios en línea.
El borar reportes de desempeño, ROI y KPIs de campañas. < r>
Perfil requerido:
• Pro esional en Marketing, Comunicaciones, Publicidad o carreras afines. < r>• E periencia mínima de 3 años en marketing digital y relaciones públicas.
Co ocimiento sólido en SEO, SEM, analítica web y herramientas de automatización. • Habi idad para crear contenido atractivo para redes sociales y blogs. < r>• C pacidad para manejar crisis de reputación y coordinar con medios de comunicación.
