About the Role
We are looking for a Travel & Support Consultant to join our client’s customer support team and help deliver outstanding service to customers across EMEA. If you have a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and ideally experience in the travel industry, this is your opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic company. < r>
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly support to customers via email, phone, and other channels
- Create new bookings using Sabre GDS and other booking platforms
- Assist clients with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries (experience with Sabre GDS is a plus)
- Manage and customer information in CRM platforms
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – B2 level or above < r>- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proven experience working with CRM platforms
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- At least 2 years experience with the Sabre GDS booking system
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely in an international team
What We Offer
- Fully remote position – work from anywhere within EMEA time zones < r>- 1 month as freelance, then possibility to enter to planilla
- S/ 2,400 fixed monthly salary + up to S/ 400 in performance bonuses
- Possibility of extra benefits after 1 year of work
- Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Peru Time) < r>- Supportive and collaborative work environment

- At least an i3 processor (PC or laptop)
- At least 8 gig Ram (PC or laptop)
- Windows 10 or higher
- USB Headset with mic
