Funciones:
• P anificación del Proyecto que se le asigne: Parte de esta responsabilidad será elaborar el cronograma de ejecución del proyecto que se le asigne.
Co trol de la ejecución proyectos, donde pueda asegurar que cada parte de la inversión estimada del proyecto se realice de acuerdo a la planificación cumpliendo con los hitos del proyecto. • Cons lidar información para el informe semanal, mensuales, trimestrales, semestrales y/o anual de los proyectos que le sean asignados. • Ap yar en la conceptualización/desarrollo de proyectos • Da soporte en la administración documentaría y de activos del área de Proyectos.
Da soporte en la ejecución de trabajos no rutinarios y/o excepcionales a solicitud de su superior directo. br>• Ap yar en el desarrollo de los entregables de cada proyecto, velando que se cumplan en los plazos establecidos con los clientes. < r>• S pervisar que las actividades programadas para el personal en campo y/o en sede se cumplan con la mayor efectividad posible. < r>• R visar el cumplimiento de los tickets de atención asignados al área de proyectos.
• C ordinar con el cliente las reuniones, seguimiento del cumplimiento de los objetivos y demás que el proyecto requiera. • Ge tionar el proceso de habilitación del personal operativo de campo, realizando los requerimientos para exámenes médicos, inducciones, gastos logísticos en general y otros que el área vea pertinente se gestiones.

**Principales funciones del cargo:**
+ Apoyar técnicamente en la concepción y desarrollo de proyecto desde la etapa comercial.
+ Capacidad de síntesis para la definición de alcances y elaboración de ofertas técnico-económica de ingeniería y supervisión.

**Antecedentes profesionales:**
+ Titulado de la carrera de Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil y /o carreras afines.

**Job Description**
AECOM has excellent career opportunities for a creative, highly talented Project Manager with experience in linear works. Based in Lima, the PM will lead and manage all road projects in Peru, managing the technical and administrative resources and activities required for the successful accomplishment of project goals and objectives. This position will report directly to the Peru Transportation Director.
**The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:**
+ Participates in the selection of consultants and preparation of AECOM qualification/experience statements.
+ Promotes a culture of collaboration between the different technical and management teams throughout the project.
+ Coordinates and participates in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and drafts complex professional services agreements and addenda for review by senior management.
+ Leads the project team's and client's compliance with contractual terms and oversees subcontractors' compliance with contractual commitments.
+ Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule and budget and communicates them to project team members; oversees and manages project production to ensure adherence to schedule, budget and quality objectives.
+ Supervises technical professionals, associate project managers and design staff, including workload management and staffing.
+ Monitors and reports on the financial status of the project to the line and country manager.

+ Responsible for ensuring that all facets of the project are carried out in accordance with Peruvian government regulations and international best practices; responsible for scope identification; responsible for the preparation, approval and management of the budget, project schedule and risk management.
+ Overall responsibility and management of the project, including, but not limited to, proposal development, staffing phase, subcontracting of work, production of equipment, coordination between teams, quality of work received and delivered to the client, and contract closure.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with more than 6 years of experience, including at least 5 years in positions of responsibility in highway team management and project management.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English are a must
+ Able to develop, integrate and budget proposals for road projects, requesting specific support from technical teams when necessary.

Supports supply chain for moderate complex global clinical trials. Ensures project/study activities are in compliance with company and client requirements. May act as a representative and project lead for the department on less complex projects.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

 Good English and communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision making skills

Summarized Purpose:

-Develops study specific plans for each assigned project.
-Meets with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and
risks, and update project reports/spreadsheets.
-Ensures fluent communication and interaction between internal departments in
order to avoid obstacles during the course of the study.
-Integrates all clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support project
logistic strategy and compliance with GxP requirements.
-Participates in ongoing training on new regulations
Education and Experience:

As the Manager - Project Management, you will manage and direct the work of a project team. You will be responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors. You will also ensure project team milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets. You will oversee subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their job and has authority for personnel actions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
+ Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
+ Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
+ Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
+ Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
+ Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
+ Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes.
+ Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants and make appropriate staffing adjustments during project cycle.
+ Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
+ Delegate tasks and responsibilities to personnel.
+ Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project team.
+ Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
+ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
+ Track project milestones and deliverables.
+ Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
+ Manage changes in project scope, identifies potential concerns, and devise contingency plans.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ PM Certification preferred
+ 5-7 years experience in business and project management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
+ 3 years experience direct work, with a team, in a large-scale project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
+ Ability to build strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow and processes to provide excellent service to internal and external customers
+ Ability to spot key risks upfront and mitigate
+ Ability to bring quick focus to key issues and priorities
